JUST RENEWED!

I got home from the gym yesterday evening and decided to check on any new art posted on DA-- and got a notice that the 3-month subscription an incredibly generous DA member gave me when I first joined the community was going to expire soon. I immediately renewed for a full year. I've really enjoyed the DA experience and I'm going to be sticking around. This is a fun community full of fantastic talent and real enthusiasm for art.

So.... here's to another great year on DA...!

Your art was--is--amazing.. and awe-inspiring. The way you capture emotions, and just the skill with which it is produced is jaw-dropping.

So... I was thinking. If everything has an end... where does space end? If nothing is endless, but space is suppose to have no end, then who's wrong here? Who's right? :dummy:

I miss being able to look at your work every other week in the comic shop. I miss reading your blog updates that you were always so diligent about posting. I miss looking through the Diamond solicitations too see what your latest cover would look like. I havent bought a fanastic four comic since you left the series and quite frankly I dont think I ever will again. To date, Ive never met another artist whom showed the generosity and kindness that you showed to your fans. (Namely me..) Every now and then I bring out the commission you did for me and just look at in wonder. You were a master of the pencil form and human emoition. You're style will forever be admired but duplicated. The only small comfort I can find is knowing your art has left you immortalized in the minds and hearts of comic book fans everywhere. Miss you Mike. RIP
